Wearing the Ram takes no skill.
I'm not saying it's OP but I am saying that equipping a piece of gear isn't difficult.

Only time it really annoys me is normally when a warlock self res, I hit him with a shotty melee before he can do anything, and he's instantly dead again and being tbagged. Now with ram, he's left a sliver of health after shotty melee and he then kills me and usually tbags.

Public masturbation It takes serious skill, and balls, to go ham on yourself in the middle of a IHOP during the mid morning church rush and manage not get arrested. Bonus rep if you manage to go back to that location within a week.
