At this point lag is so god awful in this game I don't care. I just ordered one.
From what I understand from some reading half the lag is probably bungle's fault aside from bad p2p "servers". Not only do they piggyback our connections but they lag compensate us to match the worst connections. Add "skill based" matchmaking to that...where you end up being forced to play over further distances.
Apparently they think absurd amounts of latency is acceptable.
I got so fed up I turned in my ps4 for an xbone so I could at least try titan fall with its dedicated servers.
I normally get a sub 30ms ping. Some TV'S have worse built in lag than that. It's awesome.
It's absolutely absurd that I have to buy a 200 dollar router to block bungle from putting me in 800ms ping games.

Got a NetDuma, a Draytek Vigor 130 and ran ethernet cable under floor so could remove powerline adaptors. So hopefully I am running an optimal local network now with business grade gear. Definitely making a difference although does not fix lag 100% as still the occasional game, but nothing like what it has been previously. Hopefully this combined with network changes in TTK and I will be having a lot more enjoyable games!

Just got mine set up properly yesterday. I do not have destiny anymore but let me know how it goes if you don't mind. Far superior to the ISP (Xfinity) provided equipment. I haven't been able to test the host filtering yet. But the 2.4 ghz works better than both the 2.4 and 5ghz did on the other equipment. Faster, better range and less hiccups. The congestion filter is flawless so far too.

Hi buddy, i've just been ban from the P2P of destiny during 1 week and for the osiris 2 weeks... I use netduma and have a good internet connexion... Is anyone have the same problem ? What can i do ?
