Well this fight isn't really more of who's more skilled it's strangely all about their suits. Both have symbiotic suits that feed and bond with them, taking over completely but rendering control to the user..the real question is: who's suit is stronger?

The only variable here is that Spawn has magic. But it varies in what it can do and is limited. The question is - can Spawn conjure fire and manipulate it? If so - OG Venom is fücked. If not then it's all about skill within the suits.
