I don't think so, he said he has a girlfriend but he seems to be a bit feminine at times and looks like he does based on how he looks, but you can't judge a book by its cover. Although Fred (Lucas cruikshank) seemed straight but he ended up being a homosexual (nothing wrong with that). Who knows, but Mr. Fruit has a YouTube channel I don't think he streams
