[b]Kira walks in, looking around. When she notices the professor, she seems startled.[/b] "Hey there."

[b]he turns towards her, the cube in his left hand. his right mechanical arm crosses over his left one to offer a handshake. (ive never gone into THAT much detail to describe a simple type of handshake.... wow.)[/b] "Hi. The name is Professor Arnold Hallow, but you can call me The Professor."

[b]Kira stares at Arnold for a few seconds, then walks out of the room.[/b]

[spoiler]ill do something i dont normally do.[/spoiler] [b]he runs after her.[/b] "hold on there, what was that about? You introduce yourself, and I introduce myself, and you just walk away."

[b]Kira's eyes widen, then narrow. After a moment of hesitation, she speaks.[/b] "I'm Kira. My ship is out of fuel, so I'm stuck here. There you go. Happy?"

"Well, my friends-" [b]he twitches at "friends", then continues[/b] "called me Ace, and I'm stuck here because the trans-dimensional portal i used to GET here is destroyed. At least YOUR family is somewhere in this reality!"

[b]Kira crosses her arms.[/b] "Family? And what makes you think I still have that?"

[b]He stops, then realizes his mistake.[/b] "Well, i guess technically NEITHER of us have families.... Considering i cant contact mine and yours is dead... unless they ARENT dead..."
