I still haven't gotten my shader and emblem. I'm starting to wonder if I will get them to.

You don't just get it. You have to claim the reward from the email they sent you then go check the special orders atm

Let me rephrase that...I haven't gotten the email from Bungie yet. I know what to do when I get the email.

You haven't gotten an email talking about it with a big blue button that says claim your rewards? Did you check all your email folders? Spam specifically

Yep no email with the "big blue button" I've gotten all the livestream emails but no code redemption email yet.
