It wouldn't be if it wasn't shared across all characters but with 200 per account it might be too few.

So are you suggesting 600 shared, 200 per character, or something else entirely?

Yeah. Cause otherwise you have to grind per weapon, you can't like hoed some for a good weapon and also buy armor. Also incentivized playing with every character.
