Oooouu, that's because it's unfair to fight against in trials. Especially because only legacy snipers can have the perk...Bungie has admitted as much because the next patch is eliminating the one hit kill in PvP. But I love it on fourth horseman.

I was actually thinking about my shotguns, I don't EVER use my final round perk with my sniper rifles. I just aim for the head. :)

I figured final round would be a default winner because it's a cheap perk for snipers in PvP...I love it on my shotties too though!
