There is no delay.
The codes were being sent out throughout the week.
It has not been a week since the codes started being sent.
Just wait a little longer and if when the week limit arrives you can contact Bungie through the customer service on the Bungie store to enquire not through the forums.

Problem is I can't find any official statement saying that. Everything says "codes were sent out on the 19th"
