When it comes to visual arts, white, black, and any greys are considered shades. White is the absence of colour and black is the culmination of all colours.
When it comes to light, white is the culmination if all colours while black is the absence of colour/light.
Overall, white is all colours and no colours while black is the same, just the vice versa of white. So neither are singular colours but rather the ends of the given spectrums.

Where do Mentors or Ninjas get their intelligence from?

Edited by Charlemagne: 8/24/2015 1:48:37 AMSchool? Edit: Also the internet. I watch a lot of YouTube videos by Vsauce, MinutePhysics, numberphile, Veritasium, and many others. I also do a lot of research on my own time on subjects that interest me.

White is on the same spectrum as grey and black, and can impact colors but isn't actually a color itself
-
Mentor just mentored me. GG mentor <3

You should swap white and black. White reflects all colors into your eyes, and black does not reflect any colors.
-
That's part of the light section. When it comes to paints and physical colours, white contains no colour.
-
Because the paper is white.
-
There are such things as white pencils and paints.
-
Yah, and they don't absorb any colors.

Holy shit, I haven't seen any Bungie employees in a long time. Are you guys supposed to avoid offtopic or something?
-
I'm not a Bungie employee. I'm a community volunteer Mentor.
-
Either way, you're the first ninja/mentor I've seen since Cozmo came in. Did he make new rules for you guys?

I've been in OffTopic for a while. So have many others or us. I'm sure that our posts and replies just get drowned out like so many others. We so typically stay in the Help section though.
-
Okay, I guess that makes sense
