What exactly did GameStop say as to why you aren't receiving the game day 1?
Did you order it online or through a store? Did you ask about the receiving day online or in a store?

I ordered the games online and I called to ask them if my order would be arriving the day of. they said most likely not. I told them I payed for day 1 shipping for the very reason and they said well there is not much we can do. so I told them to shove it I'll buy the digital edition and get what I want if they arent going to help me. I used to work for them and honestly I have never felt so offended as the person on the phone spoke to me.
