They said not to dismantle your stuff yet because your starting level in TTK is based on all your items at launch. (All chars, and Vault)

I don't have to worry about not being tagged as 34 across all characters... I'm good there... Just curious if they're basically going to screw us over again and have our time have been wasted... Which it looks to be.
