Always been a fan of Glass Half Full, and by extension, my dandy Suros. And to be honest, the least useful perk is Icarus.

Same here, but I had to go field scout...it's the best type of ammo surplus, with more ammo reserves and pickups. But that perk will make regime a beast in year 2 when u can upgrade the fire rate!
