ive already did all of that. ive checked settings, connection, billing info, etc. i was charged for an Expansion that it wont even download.

ive already tried to re download it so many times but it just keeps saying that it Can't Download.

Do you have enough storage space on your console's hard drive?

Yes. 132 GB worth. The Expansion is Only 108 KB.

Are you receiving an error code, when you attempt to download the expansion?

No. it gives no error code. Nothing.
