Crazy how accurate that roadmap is. I agree though. People are excited about CoD when you literally have to start all over and pay full price every year. Not many games now days make it a year strong like Destiny has. I think this dlc model is something we'll see other games model themselves after.

To be honest, I'm expecting a lot of games to turn around and try to go the MMO-lite Destiny knock-off route. Not that that's a bad thing, Bungie revolutionized FPS games. Not quite the same scale but perhaps it's easy to give 'em less credit than that impressive none the less.
