Hello,
If you already own TDB and HoW you could pre order the 40$ digital TTK stand alone pack. And when it is available order the 20$ CE content pack (this is not available yet but Bungie is aiming for sometime around release day).
That way you could order it all, still get the pre order bonuses as well as the CE content.
You could also do the ordering online from wherever you're stationed.
