Been like that since the beginning. Not sure why that is nor why it hasn't been fixed.

Because not enough people have used Necrochasm to have found out hehe.

Plenty of people have had Firefly though.

I wouldn't consider them the same but definitely similar much the same way Thunderlord and Ice Breaker have perks close to firefly but proc in unique conditions and have different types of explosions.

Pretty much and on crit effect with weapons fail to trigger with harpies since the beginning is what I'm getting at.
