[spoiler]You defeat Primal Dialga and restore the balance of time. But before Grovyle sacrificed himself to save you, he said that everyone from the future will disappear once time is restored. As you and your partner are walking out of Temporal Tower, you start to have difficulty walking. You then realize that since you're from the future, it's time for you to go. With this being the only moment you talk in the whole entire game, you tell your partner that since all Pokemon from the future disappear when time is restored, you are about to be gone from existence (or disappear. Same thing). Then this really emotional conversation takes place between the two of you (probably the saddest part). You finally disappear and your partner slowly continues back to the guild, emotionally breaking down. Before you went away, you told your partner, "I want you to tell everyone what happened here, so that it never happens again." He/she does just that once he/she gets back home. A few months pass and your partner is out for a walk on the beach, the setting is the exact same as when you were first found on the beach at the very beginning of the game. Your partner cries after remembering the moment that he/she found you and falls to the ground, leaving Bidoof, who too came down for a walk, confused about what's happening with him/her (you partner actually latches onto Bidoof and cries). The credits play. Then Dialga (who is no longer corrupted) feels your partners pain and sadness. He decides to grant him/her a wish. While your partner is crying, you see a ball of light form on the beach and you come back into existence. The end...? (There is a 2nd half to the story. You find out everything, including who is responsible for your transformation into a Pokemon and your memory-loss of the incident)[/spoiler]
