They explained it..... All of it. What the blueprint does is it lets u get exotics you have already found. Also it gives us the upgrade ttk version. All the exotics that aren't moved over could still possible be moved over. Also you can still upgrade exotics weapons attack just like the Scott rifle they did. Because if you look at the upgrade symbol for damage on the banshee Scott rifle it has the same symbol on the year 2 sours

No. If you look at the Scott rifle and the year 2 sours they both have the infusion option that is what I was getting at
