Hello Deicidius,
When you move Destiny from Xbox One to PS4, you will have to create new guardians.
You access the beta on your One Guardians, but not on your PS4 Guardians, if that makes sense.
Sorry, it is not possible anymore to get those beta items because your PS4 Destiny Account is new.
