I have a shadow price with life support! Not the most useful thing, but I love the perk. Shame you can't get it to roll on Legendary anymore. (You can get it on blues and greens)[spoiler]good luck on trying to get the god snipers as well![/spoiler]

Explain to me how the perk works. Do you have to get a kill then it activates?

Im not 100% on this but it procs mainly for me when I have low ammo on my primary. Sometime procs on kills, its a very confusing perk
