Dear Thorn Users in Year 2...
What is missing from the Year 2 Primaries in that image above?
Looks like "nerf" was an understatement.

I would agree with you, but as thorn is mainly used in pvp where all damage is made equal accross the board it will still be in year 2, just not as a upgraded version.

Watching the twitch video at 42 mins in they show a screen with a year 1 & 2 red death but only a year 1 bad juju despite saying there was a year 2 bad juju a few seconds before. Similarly this picture shows a year 1 & 2 bad juju but only a year 1 red death. Looks like there might be a task required to open the year 2 exotic blueprints.

They didn't say that you couldn't upgrade the damage yet. Of course, I'm personally worried about Mida Multi Tool, Monte Carlo and Necrochasm. Those are my favorites. I want to keep them. Also, Thunderlord is getting an upgrade?

3 Replies1: it'll still work in regular Crucible. 2: They have not comfirmed if all Exotics are out of date, and that the "Year 2 versions" are just updated ones. https://twitter.com/DestinyNews_net/status/634099862494162944 Because.. This Necrochasm? Year one weapons are 160, yet this one is 172. It could be that the infusion system works with year 1 exotics.
