Hello,
Not everyone received the email about etheric light. So if you didn't receive an email, you were not eligible for the free etheric light.

Thanks for the reply. I suppose I didn't explain the situation well enough. I received the first email for the challenge to receive the Etheric Light. I completed said challenge but never got the "Your Etheric Light is with the postmaster" email. Every topic I saw on this said they got the second email but the reward was not with the postmaster. I knew this issue was known but was wondering if anyone had completed the challenge but never got that second email. I wanted to see if anyone else had the same issue or if for some odd reason it was just me.

Oh ok. I believe that may be tied to this issue. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/146101808/0/0/1 You should have gotten the etheric light the first email promised but didn't. Bungie is aware of that and investigating

Ah ok. I wasn't sure if it was all tied together but based on that it appears it might be. Thanks, I appreciate the info. Guess I'll just sit back and wait to see what happens. Hopefully someday soon I'll have an Etheric Light waiting on me.
