Just because someone doesn't feel like they got their money's worth with game doesn't mean all others don't get their money's worth.

He paid for the game, wasted his time grinding for virtual rewards without having fun. Bungie parted him of his money. His mistake was thinking that most others are not having fun playing the game. I would hazard to guess that there are many more noobs than expert players, and that among noobs the majority has fun playing the game.
