Gjallarhorn needs to be balanced with other rocket launchers?? What is the god damn reason of having different rocket launchers if all of them do pretty much the same damage ?? Just to have one doing pretty solar flares or those wolfpack rounds?? There has to be one that is better than the others, just imagine life with everything delivering the same results, boring, the problem here is people wanting what others have and crying for it on the forums?

The "Gjallarhorn Issue" is that it is more powerful than any other option out there in every situation. That leads everyone to use the same weapon for each situation, which is what allowed it to turn into a "gating" weapon in the lfg forums, and what makes it overpowered. It is also boring facing every single boss ever with gally/fatebringer/black hammer, because to choose anything else is to make a deliberate decision to pick a less than optimal weapon for the situation. So, yes, what you described as the worst possible situation is, in fact, exactly the goal of "weapon tuning". And it should be.

Nah, when the archon priest is void, Gjallarhorn is useless because the hob goblins go into shield mode and a rocket wont't kill them, use truth and you Kill every single enemy inside the blast radius in one hit, and again, there has to be a rocket launcher that is better than the others, if all are tuned to be the same then what is the point of making different ones if at the end everything is the same shit?
