You seem a little confused about things. Dredgen, the wielder of Thorn, was not always known as Dredgen. He was known by another alias, the one who wielded the Rose. When the wielder of the Rose became corrupted by the Darkness, he became Dredgen. Jaren Ward, wielder of the Last Word, adopted Shin. When Jaren went to face Dredgen, Jaren was killed. Jaren's Ghost then sought out Shin. Shin later inherits the Last Word and faces Dredgen and kills him.

Isn't it assumed that Dredgen Yor was killed is it possible yor wasn't killed I mean it would be interesting if he became an enemy you had to defeat in the near future

I'm pretty sure it's confirmed that Shin killed Yor. I guess it's a possibility.
