The rule is to tea-bag the warlock after they res!
Was once on a killing spree in the back of a map and this warlock kept trying to kill me. Finally bests me and I'm dead and he tea bags. I go back and kill him immediately and then walk away, he uses radiance, I go back to him and fist of havoc him and then proceed to tea bag his body. He never came back to that spot again.
