Consoles are PCs as well, under the same category. They are just specific and generally have a exclusive operating system. They probably didn't make much socialization in-game because Xbox one has a Internet application, which you can just go to Bungie.net from there. So why do they need to make in-game forums? They already have forums on the web! And if you don't have a computer or a Xbox one, why do you have a console??? I mean, put aside half this comment if you know PS4 has a similar Internet option.
