Hello LunarSynergy. You are only guaranteed 1 Treasure Key upon turning in a Queen's Bounty on an account in a week. This is only [u]once per account per week[/u], not once per character per week. Any extra Treasure Keys rewarded are given through RNG. If you already did the bounties on your first character, you got your guaranteed 1 Treasure Key for the week. This will reset at the weekly reset on Tuesday morning.

Alright but i get three traesure keys a week cause i always do the bounites on all my characters and i always get one key on each

Then you are lucky. Only one key is guaranteed.
