So you want to remove a system that changes guns to better perks so they are more useful for a system that more dependant on rng??

How RNG is it that everyone has the same Felwinter/Matador/Party Crasher? That's not random at all. It's just a time sink. And it's purpose is to make those lucky drops feel special again like they did months ago.
