You are dumb as fck. This exotic gives into the voidwalkers sheer destructive capacity. Honestly I didn't think much of this perk at first then I used it... Jesus. If you throw one within 5 ft or so of enemy, he is dead. If you use annihilate and bloom, then him and anyone near him is dead. Just one. I've wiped whole teams with a single scatter at once. This exotic rewards skilled aiming tremendously. To the point where I think it's OP that we get two. I vastly prefer the new manacles to the old ones. Its my perma exotic for pvp where as omind is my pve one
