1, NEVER try and join a party that is asking for anything ABOVE 30, I say this because only the retards and idiots think you have to be 30+ to do vault when any REAL VoG Raid Vet knows, you can be 29 to do HM period, Lvl increase only allows you to take more damage before going down period.
easiest way, host your own party, and make STRICT detailed requirements, only way 2 weed out the weak

Never join anyone asking for max level with Gjallahorns specifically. They feel no confidence and require the biggest assurance that they will win. Like the Thorn in Crucible.
