The way to make them realize the glitches in the game is to point them out to them. An example would be pointing out the suppressor grenade didn't work on an arc blade (post I saw earlier) and make sure one of them see it.

How do I go about doing that? I know that they sometimes post on here, and they claim that they read these. and I am aware they can't read them all. What would be a good way of insuring that they see these posts?

Hmm post with a hashtag concerning them. Example: #COZMO #Glitcherz or something that would make them read it. They probably have a read through database which alerts them to certain posts.
