You don't buy tickets at an arcade, you earn them by completing games therefore you turn them into a reward depending on your amount. That's what strange coins are. RNG is random, so grinding for gear that is not an exact set reward is not earning but being random. You don't earn a six on a dice if that's the number you needed for a certain game but you got lucky. The rage is real for idiots that don't know how the game/life works...
