I'm sorry that Gjallarhorn somehow equated to or was an extension of your ego.
I'm not. You're a snowflake.
Ur A -blam!-ing idiot read it again oh and next time don't use more sophisticated words and act like I won't know what they mean!
ur a -blam!-ing greasball
Someone's insecure. To quote you; "yea I have a gjallarhorn with pride" pride. Like really. How does that not sound egotistic. 100% snowflake.
-
U have two 34 I have 3 not being egotistical but it takes a lot longer for me to to what I need to do and if people for once didn't get salty about not having a gjallahorn we would be fine
-
I have to ask, what is the "snowflake" thing about? Clearly I missed something and I see everyone using that. As well as references to salt.
-
I believe salty is a euphemism to refer to someone that is upset. The idea being that they are crying (figuratively and perhaps literally) and their tears contain salt, making them 'salty'.

Neither term is exclusive to Destiny. "Special Snowflake" refers to anyone who sees themselves as exceptionally unique for no real reason - in this case it's those who've received Ghorn via a raid or other activity. Snowflakes often feel that this delusion warrants exclusivity or special treatment. Hence why some, not all, are opposed to Xur selling gjallarhorn. It jeapordises their view of themselves and how it makes them feel. Salty is essentially just another term for irritated or snappy. But there's a lot more to it.

Makes sense, how you defined both is what I essentially assumed but I did think there was some Bungie specific thing I was missing since everyone was using it. Thanks.

Nailed it. You are most welcome.
