They really didn't earn it. They opened blue engrams and did easy weekly activities. That's not earning.

No. But I can assure you the majority of people that had it pre sell, did numerous raids and nightfalls in the hope of getting this weapon. Most people now have never even completed a raid and have it. Is that fair?

Yeah, just like all the people who shot bullets into a cave who lucked out and got it from an engram. Or the guy who came in last place in Crucible and got it. Or the guy who got carried in a Nightfall/Raid/Strike.

You are absolutely right and I've had numerous friends that this has happened to, but there are also a lot of people who have "worked" for it.

It is tho isnt it? You earn weapons and gear by playing the game right? So wether you got it from a drop or played some nightfalls for the currency too buy it you still earned it by playing the game.

Destiny was advertised to have per say "Exotics" that would be rare to get, matchmaking in a 10 minute activity. Please don't waste my time.

If you still arent over what bungie told us and didnt live up too than you are one of those that no matter what you say too them you will still be butthurt by every single negative that pops up about bungie. Again, get over it already they are doing everything they can too make as many players as possible happy with the time they spend playing their games. I did not write that comment too defend either those people nor bungie themselves but you really have too open your eyes and understand that advertisement from aaa companies works like this not only for bungie but for pretty much ever single one of them so stop beeing sad about people having it easier than others and be happy that people will get the chance too actually use it for a bit before it gets absolutely useless in the taken king end game.
