Anyone else sick of 34s not knowing how to do vault of glass
It all started when TDB was released and vendor gear was better than vault gear. I feel with every expansion that comes out players get worse and worse at raids in particular vault of glass. Who thinks that most players won't even be able to beat the Oryx raid?
Edit 1 - I realize this post maybe confusing to some and that I do not want to help new players. What I should have said was that I am sick of people being 34 with decent grimoire lying about skill level. I'm not the best but generally I let someone know if I can't do something in a raid for example I can't run sword at crota.
Edit 2 - I am 282 light level currently for taken king is 300 the cap?
Edit 3 - So now that kings fall is out are some people having a hard time with underleveled players at Oryx, as in dps on Oryx?

Ya I gets annoying but its not hard to teach people how to run it. What I hate most is when they have never beaten vog/ce but say they have.

I think they should have to do it. And Crota. I guarantee most players won't be able to complete King's Fall.

3 RepliesIt's probably best to just find a group of players you get on well with in game and stick with them to do raids regularly. I've been raiding with a group of people for nearly 2 months now, we've had a few randomers join on occasion and it hasn't worked out so well. Best just to stick with what you know, new players will find their own group by their own means at some point.

That's why I only play raids with buds of mine. Saves the trouble and tons more fun.

Get over it. Blame Bungie, not the players. They set it up so you could be 34 and never do vault. So complain about the right thing

Vog was always fun but people stopped playing it I hope they increase the level to make it a challenge

2 RepliesI'm level 34 on all my characters and I have yet to attempt a raid. I've done the matchmaking strikes but that's about the limit of my team playing thus far. (Haven't had Xbox gold for very long) That said, if/when I do decide to do a raid I'd at least look up a YouTube video or something on the raid before hand so I'd know what I was getting into and have some idea of what I'd need to be doing.

8 RepliesI was with a team on hm confluxes and these 3 guys who werent friends with me kept dying on the 1st conflux they had vault gear on them so it was odvious they had done the raid before anyways i booted all 3 after the 3rd wipe me i got 3 of my friends in and we finished it 1st time I have 3 manned confluxes before but why should them scrubs get rewards for dying on the 1st wave if you are on a raid with me you work for your rewards yeah ppl die in the raids thats fair enough but not ehen its early in the raid
