I'd rather they do something specifically for day 1 players. That would be better because somebody could jump on the game the day prior to TTK and get the same stuff.

Dude, I have played since launch and I already have the things that make a "day one" player #satire "special". I have cloaks, weapons, and legendary ascended armor that cannot be purchased anymore. I hear more people say, "damn where did you get that?!" about my old stuff and that is what sets you apart if that is important to you.

Yes but I'm saying that doing something for year one players means nothing when they can jump in a day prior and still be considered. I've got my TDYK. That's fine for me. I'm just saying the year one stuff is pointless.
