It's a stupid change as this is really only a PvE change. Final round would be good if the last shot hits as a precision shot, then refills ammo as a reward. Rather than making it obsolete in PvP, this would benefit both PvE and PvP.

It's great for primaries and that's the only place I've seen that specific perk appear. Edit: white Nail is only on the BH, right? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Click the link and check the second primary perk tree and look at the list. [armory]Her Benevolence[/armory] I mean, I guess Triple Tap is okay for Primaries, but it's not worth rolling for on a non-elemental primary. The only good roll for Triple Tap is a Gheleon's Demise with Full Auto and Triple Tap for DPS on bosses. And even then Black Hammer does the job better. Yes, Black Hammer is the only gun with the perk "White Nail". And at least then it's balanced. If the Final Round refilled a clip as apposed to 3 Precision shots, then dismantle you're Black Hammer. Not to mention, people would have sniper ammo for the longest time in crucible.

Triple tap does exist on snipers I've seen it on her benevolence.
