That's strange. Have they said if you can eventually? Can you preorder a code from gamestop?

I'm not sure, but if you try to preorder the digital download from the bungie site, its avaliable for XB1, PS3, and PS4, but not Xbox 360.

That's probably between them and Microsoft. Microsoft isn't very good about managing their marketplace.
