Hello!
When you loaded in, was the 30 second end of game timer already going? It sounds like you joined up at the most unlucky moment possible. I'm betting that when you loaded in the rewards portion had already been completed, but the game hadn't officially finished yet.

Edit to clarify: I loaded in the 30 seconds already out of the strike, the rewards screen. Not the 30 second after killing the boss (Omnigul in this case) that you still are into the strike and get to fool around doing supers, throwing grenades, dancing and such.

Hmmmm. Unfortunately I think you might be out of luck. If the icon on the map is already blue, I bet the game thinks you already got rewards for the week. Sorry :-(
