If you can get 5 wins in trials for the chest plate this week, u will be a step closer. Not sure how u will do if you are lower lvl but maybe

I am lvl 32 right now. I guess someone could carry me a little but that is just no fun.

If u can get the arms from poe, I believe that would get u to lvl 33? U could compete as a 33 depending on your skull lvl. Especially if you just want 3 wins plus the two boons. And 6 wins gets you an etheric light. Otherwise just run poe and hope for light in nightfall
