I believe they figured out the damage difference between a 33 and 34 and it was only like 1%. Btw I never seen this pay to play thing. People actually pay to get to the lighthouse?

Yeah, they'll even run as you by logging into your account I've seen offered. Wouldn't trust it myself but evidently some are. I thought each level was supposed to be 30% drop in damage output and damaged received. If I'm wrong then you still get the idea about how this would work though.
