What if half of the stuff is available to those who didn't just like the other dlc

You mean they can do alot of stuff if they don't have the other dlc?

Yeah. Crotas end you can still kill the enemy in the bounty (beside those in actual mission) get to light level 33, get all the vendor weapon (you can't buy them but can still get them through rng) even the exotic except necro was able to get

Yeah I wouldn't mind but I'm pretty sure if you don't have TTK you can't patrol the new area. Everyone will be able to get to 40 with the exp leveling system. I don't mind it's people's choice and I want to experience all of it.
