I believe so. My main's a Frost Demon and I remember using a sword attack.
I may be wrong, though. Been a while since I played.

What do you mean by frost demon? There isn't suck a race!

Cell calls them Frost Demons in one of the missions, if you're playing as one. Frieza=Freeza COOLer King CHILL King COLD I think it's official enough. :)
