I believe Universal remote is the definition of Bungie's philosophy for shotguns-- high risk, high reward. You have to get close, and have to use your head instead of your fingers.

Bur that's not how it's designed. It's designed to engage from afar and it's not a 1 shot unless you are almost right up on them. The problem with this is felwinter's IS a one shot from afar, and even with the coming range nerf, it's still going to one shot from a decent range, where this weapon is a two shot from most ranges
