Lord of Wolves is just as good and at times worse than shotguns like Party Crasher +1 and Matador 64. The recovery will be noticed in the 2.0 update, but the fact that you need to land every part of the burst to get the result of a Legendary shotgun makes it nota an OP weapon at the moment. It will be a great weapon with its buff though. It's all you bro, your gud!
