Because:
recycled content
Just look at the Sunbreaker Titans! These things truly deserve the name Unremarkable Bones. Though the old descriptions does say 'surely the warlocks cling to these old fossils for a reason'..... You could interpret that as the hunters taking Ahamakara skulls and using them as exotics or you could interpret that as Ahamakara bones in general

 • How can people call it recycled content ? The whole point of Ahamkara armor is that the bones are the same

 • That all of the Ahamkara bones are the same as the others. What the -blam!- are Bungie supposed to make out of it then ?

Like maybe boots made out of the scales?
Maybe something that DIDNt look like they just copy and pasted???? Hell I'm pretty sure a giant space dragon isn't only composed of a spine, skull, claws and whatever the hell is wrapped around the leg
it's totally the bone circlet...
• The thing around the hunters leg looks almost exactly, nay, EXACTLY like the bone circlet which makes no sense since that's a hive bone!

 • They're legs. Not a class item. If it's a part of the Arhamkra collection, it makes sense since it's a collection.

 • [armory]Bone Circlet[/armory]
A memento of the world Crota ruled.
Unless there were Ahamkara in crota's mind-relm, I doubt its a part of the Ahamkara collection.

 • The clad item is not. A 3rd grader would know this.
