Who cares? He's a community manager not a developer. He doesn't need to test the game to make changes or anything of that nature as that is not his title. He plays the game and is involved in the community.

That's exactly what I'm asking him to do. I didn't say he was a beta tester or anything like that.

By saying he hasn't completed ALL of the trials would imply that he has completed some. Which in turn would imply that he has and does play the game. Which would also mean he is actually fulfilling your "request."
