People not understanding the story
Destinys story could never be explained I do not even believe bungie can explain it... the game is not bad storywise.. just noone cam explain what hasnt been explained... destiny is about the galaxy and solar system which we as humans do not fully understand yet... like if you were a baby you could not fully understand adulthood .. and thus we will not be able to understand destiny... and also sorry for you whinebags but this is the way of life sorry

That's at least the most original defense of Destiny's "story" that I've heard of late. Please read "The Emperor's New Clothes." You might find it illuminating.

Why the obsession in story telling in games these days? Games companies are just bad at it, and at the end of the day we don't buy games just for the story. Personally, couldn't care less about the story, gameplay is the main draw. 'There's a bunch of bad guys - kill them' is all the story I need.

Then there's The Taken King which story relys on a short previous DLC where we kill this guys son? Like it has nothing to do with main story. I wanna know what happens next. I apperently killed the darkness but there are still shards left around the Galaxy that I need to fcking destroy.... Wtf bungie

A story that is so incoherent and fragmented that it can't be explained is probably also a bad story. To be honest though, I'm not sure what you're trying to say.
